John Foley is the head of Lex and writes about the technology and venture capital sectors. John joined Lex in 2024 after 19 years at Reuters Breakingviews, where he covered dealmaking, natural resources and financial services. He was most recently the finance editor in New York, analysing Wall Street, banking and fintech.

Sujeet Indap is the Wall Street editor for the Financial Times. A former investment banker, he is the co-author of The Caesars’ Palace Coup, a dissection of financial engineering in Las Vegas.

Pan Kwan Yuk

Pan Kwan Yuk covers banking, financial services and retail. She was previously US head of FastFT, the FT’s 24-hour breaking news service. Pan is fluent in French and Cantonese Chinese as well as English.

Camilla Palladino is the deputy head of Lex and writes primarily on energy, industrial, luxury goods and consumer groups. She was previously head of corporate strategy and investor relations at infrastructure group Snam. She is an expert on hydrogen.

Louise Lucas

Louise Lucas is a Lex writer at the Financial Times. She was previously Asia technology writer, as well as Asia news editor. She writes about technology, defence and TMT.

Nicholas Megaw writes about financial services and capital markets. He previously led coverage of the US stock and derivatives markets in New York and was retail banking correspondent and a breaking news reporter based in London.
